The following is a list of investments made since 2017 in closed-end strategic growth portfolios managed by Glade Brook Capital Partners LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Glade Brook”) that have accepted capital from unaffiliated investors as of June 30, 2025. Excluded from this list are investments which the issuer has requested Glade Brook not to disclose publicly. It should not be assumed that any or all of these investments were or will be profitable and past performance of portfolios managed by Glade Brook is not necessarily indicative of future results. There can be no assurance that any investment will achieve results comparable to those of any prior or existing portfolios of Glade Brook.
